The PACER Center in MN is a wonderful resource for parents of children with special needs. Their summer newsletter is full of insightful articles, upcoming workshops, and this month they’re focusing on the issue of bullying.
This article on Huffington Post about how education for those with visual impairment challenges is evolving reminded us of this hour of MPR in which Marianne Combs spoke about job prospects for individuals with disabilities.
We teach a lot of adaptive music lessons at Toneworks and this news blurb about how attention can improve with adaptive lessons was something we agreed heartily with!
