Hello and happy Monday, everyone!
For me, getting up in the morning is always a struggle (especially on Mondays). Getting out of my warm bed to start another day sometimes feels like an impossible task, but I have found that listening to music while I go about my morning routine helps me to gear up for my day! I found this week’s Spotify playlist at Refinery29! It was created by a psychology of music PhD candidate from the University of Cambridge!
