Toneworks Music Therapy is looking for two dependable, goal driven music therapists to join our integrative therapy team at our clinic in Edina. As an employee at Toneworks, you will work with a team of passionate, creative music therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, adaptive yoga teachers, and other licensed staff. The first position is a full time salaried job in our Community Enrichment Program and Therapeutic Learning Center. The caseload offers opportunities to serve people with enrolled in the Toneworks Therapeutic Enrichment Program-an an inclusive space for individuals with a variety of disabilities and diagnosis to engage in therapeutic experiences that focus on creating sustainable relationships through unique partnerships and common interests.
Job responsibilities include providing scheduled services according to your assigned caseload from your supervisor, which includes the daily music therapy group and individual services for Therapeutic Learning Center participants, as well as other Enrichment Programming; keeping records of client progress in Unitus, collaborating with other therapy providers to create innovative programming, attend meetings, and support client interactions This is a salaried position. You must be able to come to the office 35 hours per week with the remaining hours being flexible. Compensation for the Board Certified Music Therapist position starts at $50,000 per year depending on level or experience and additional qualifications. Salaried employees are also eligible for a technology stipend, continuing education reimbursement, banked PTO, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
The second position is a full time salaried job working with groups in our clinic, programmatic services in school-based settings, and individual services in our office and client homes.
Job responsibilities include providing scheduled services according to your assigned caseload from your supervisor, which includes music therapy groups and individual services, keeping records of client progress in Unitus, collaborating with other therapy providers to create innovative programming, attend meetings, and supporting client interactions. This is a salaried position, Tuesday-Saturday. You must be able to work in person 32 hours per week with the remaining hours being flexible. Compensation for the Board Certified Music Therapist position starts at $48,000 per year depending on level or experience and additional qualifications. Salaried employees are also eligible for a technology stipend, continuing education reimbursement, banked PTO, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
